Return, Warranty, and Refund Policy

At Brikos.mx, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to request an exchange, warranty, or refund, these policies set forth the conditions applicable to each case.

All requests will be reviewed by our team based on the information provided, the product's condition, and the evidence sent by the customer.


1. Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.

Conditions for an exchange to apply

For a product to be eligible for exchange, it must:

  • Be in the same condition in which it was delivered
  • Show no signs of use, wear, damage, alterations, odors, or mistreatment
  • Retain its original packaging, accessories, and complete contents

If the product does not have its original packaging, Brikos.mx may reject the exchange or, if applicable, apply a repackaging fee of $50 MXN.

Exchange options

Once the exchange is approved, you may:

  • Choose another product available in store, subject to inventory
  • Apply the paid value as store credit for a future purchase

If the new product has a higher price, you must cover the difference.
If it has a lower price, the difference will be provided as store credit or a coupon for a future purchase.

Shipping costs for exchanges

Unless the exchange results from an error attributable to Brikos.mx or an approved warranty, shipping costs related to exchanges will be borne by the customer.

How to request an exchange

To start the process, you must contact us through our customer service channels and share:

  • Order number
  • Email registered for the purchase
  • Reason for the request
  • Photographic evidence of the product

2. Warranties

At Brikos.mx, we offer a warranty for manufacturing defects during the 60 calendar days after product reception.

The warranty applies only when:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The defect was not caused by improper use, incorrect handling, or external intervention
  • The customer provides sufficient evidence for case evaluation

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Breakage of parts or materials due to incorrect handling
  • Natural wear and tear from use
  • Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs
  • Damage caused by inadequate storage or incorrect assembly

Applicable warranty solutions

If the warranty is approved, Brikos.mx may, depending on availability and the nature of the case:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace it with the same product
  • Substitute it with another product of equivalent value
  • Grant store credit for a future purchase

If the customer chooses a product of higher value, they must pay the corresponding difference.

Shipping costs for warranties

When a warranty is approved, Brikos.mx will cover the shipping costs related to the process, provided it has been previously authorized by our team.

How to request a warranty

To initiate a warranty request, contact us and send us:

  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the problem
  • Photographic or video evidence
  • Email registered for the purchase

3. Returns

You can request a return within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, provided the product meets the conditions established in this policy.

Conditions for return

For a return to proceed, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be unopened or, if applicable, in original condition
  • Include its original packaging, accessories, and complete contents
  • Not be part of final sale products, personalized items, or loose parts, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error

Valid reasons for return

Returns may proceed in cases such as:

  • Incorrect product sent by Brikos.mx
  • Product with manufacturing defect
  • Order not delivered, once the clarification process with the courier is concluded
  • Return request within the deadline and complying with product conditions

4. Refunds

Cases where a refund to the original payment method applies

A refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase when:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect and cannot be replaced
  • An incorrect product was sent and there is no availability to correct the order
  • The order has not been delivered and its loss or inability to deliver is formally confirmed
  • The return has been approved for a reason attributable to Brikos.mx

Cases where a refund to the original payment method does not apply

When the request does not arise from an error attributable to Brikos.mx, a manufacturing defect, or a confirmed non-delivery, Brikos.mx may offer instead of a refund:

  • Exchange for another product
  • Store credit
  • Coupon for a future purchase

Refund period

Once the product or the corresponding claim is received, inspected, and approved, the refund will be processed within an estimated period of 7 to 10 business days. The time it takes to be reflected may vary depending on the banking institution or payment platform.


5. Undelivered orders

If your order does not arrive, our team will initiate the corresponding review with the courier. Once the loss or inability to deliver is confirmed, Brikos.mx may offer, depending on the case:

  • Order replacement
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit for a new purchase

The applicable solution will depend on the result of the logistical investigation and product availability.


6. Review process

All exchange, warranty, or return requests are subject to prior validation by Brikos.mx. Sending evidence does not guarantee automatic approval of the case.

We reserve the right to reject requests when:

  • The product does not meet the conditions established herein
  • There are signs of improper use or alteration
  • The information provided is insufficient or inconsistent
  • The request is submitted outside the applicable deadlines
